During the ESC Congress 2024 in London, we had the pleasure to record a video with Saskia Haitjema, from UMC Utrecht, interviewed by Imo Hofer.
Saskia, who is a Principal Investigator of the articulate NextGen project, provides an excellent overview of NextGen scope and strategy, of the general and specific objectives, with highlights on the new tools we aim to develop to enable portable, multimodal, multiomic research for personalised cardiovascular medicine.

The NextGen team aims to deliver breakthrough tools, technologies and solutions to improve disease predictability, diagnostics, medical care, pharmaceuticals and treatments for the benefit of CVD patients.
